  • Receive an Invitation: After reviewing your consult request, we’ll extend an invitation to book if we feel TONE is the right fit for your skincare goals. This helps ensure that each patient receives a level of care that aligns with our personalized, high-touch approach. You’ll receive an email with a booking link if your needs match our expertise, inviting you to schedule your consultation.
  • Complete Pre-Appointment Details: Once scheduled, you’ll be prompted to complete a quick skin survey, review our Code of Conduct, and confirm your appointment.
  • Confirmation Email: An appointment confirmation email will be sent to you with information and instructions for your visit.
  • Your Visit: Meet with Dr. Robinson for your consultation, where we’ll develop a tailored skincare plan that’s right for you.
  • Join the TONE Membership: Following your visit, you’ll have the option to join our membership program for exclusive benefits and ongoing care. Sign up in-office, via your personalized membership link, or through Cherry (our financing partner).

    Each membership comes with an automatically generated, unique code and custom booking link for easy access.

      Paid street parking is available in front of our office on S Wabash Ave

      SpotHero 20 E Cullerton St. – Under EL (1-2 minute walking distance to Tone) located underneath the Green Line EL tracks. The entrance is on the north side of E Cullerton St. between S Wabash Ave. and S State St.
