Pandemic Response Procedures

Tone Dermatology upholds a strict safety protocol to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, staff, and community. For this reason, we ask that you arrive to your reservation alone, or with no more than one guest that can accompany you in your visit suite. All guests must follow the same safety measures as outlined below. During the ongoing pandemic, our waiting room remains restricted to encourage social distancing.

 

Throughout our space, door handles, light switches, countertops, chairs, screens and all other high touch points are frequently disinfected utilizing medical grade disinfectants and UV technology before and after your visit as well as throughout the day. 

 

Facemasks are required to enter our space and are available for guests when needed. 

 

Each guest is asked to kindly answer a verbal COVID-19 questionnaire upon arrival, followed by a temperature check in the visit suites. Responses to the questions asked must be negative. If you were exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms, testing may be required and your reservation may be rescheduled.

 

Touch free hand sanitizer is available throughout the space including at the front desk and in all of our exam suites. 

 

PECO air filtration devices are similarly located throughout the space and have the ability to both capture and kill bacterial and viral particles as well as indoor air pollutants.

 

If we are sick, we stay home. If you are feeling under the weather, we ask that you reschedule your reservation. We support each other and look forward to supporting you.
