We want you to feel comfortable trying new products. To initiate a return please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, full product name, and the reason for your return.
For any unopened and undamaged product in original packaging, simply return it with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product for full refund.
Given the scrutiny of the selection process for our products, adverse reactions and side effects are extremely rare. If you experience a reaction to a skincare product after the first or second use please contact us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the product with your concern to approve a full refund. To issue your refund the product must be received back within 14 days of the date of delivery. We will make every effort to contact the manufacturer of the product with your concern and reaction.
If you have opened and used your product and you do not like your products for any reason, we are happy to exchange them or provide store credit for products returned within 14 days. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for opened products.
Refunds do not include the cost of shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Gift card purchases are nonrefundable however they are transferable and can be used for any future Tone purchases for services or products within 1 year.
